Family Practice Specialists, Ltd. is seeking Board Certified Family Practice Physician.

Essential Duties of Physician

• Communicate accurate and pertinent information with medical providers and other members of the staff to facilitate effective and efficient patient care.
• Prepare medical record entries and documentation using Electronic Medical Record system; in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory authorities.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data at all times.
• Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service with physicians, patients and staff.

Requirements for Physician

• Doctor of medicine or doctor of osteopathy degree from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy.
• License/Certification: Must be board certified and currently possess a non-restricted license in Arizona.
• Current DEA license.
