WHO WE ARE
Profil Institute for Clinical Research Inc. (PICR) is an independent research institute conducting clinical phase I-II trials, primarily in diabetes and carbohydrate metabolism, under contract to the biopharmaceutical industry [www.profil-research.com].
THE POSITION
PICR is seeking part-time, per diem Research Physicians, with a background in clinical activities, to support recruitment, screening and clinical study activities, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position requires availability on weekday mornings, but offers flexible hours.
WHO YOU WOULD NEED TO BE
Requirements include an unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of California, clinical experience, and ACLS certification. An understanding of clinical pharmacology and the principles of drug development is of benefit but not required.
